Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript to drive high-quality automation by building maintainable frameworks and advancing testing practices. Responsibilities

• Implement robust and extensible automation frameworks that meet business and technical expectations
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver on schedule and uphold quality benchmarks
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence decisions on the overall testing strategy
• Perform code reviews for automation scripts and provide feedback to preserve reliable standards
• Resolve technical challenges that surface during test creation, execution, and maintenance
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their long-term technical development
• Assist in planning by clarifying requirements, scope, and timeline assumptions
• Research evolving tools and practices and apply valuable improvements to everyday testing
• Record important technical decisions and testing methods to support continuous quality control
• Work with stakeholders to define objectives and confirm deliverables satisfy agreed criteria

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant, practical professional experience
• Strong capability in JavaScript to create, evolve, and maintain automated test scripts
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and comparable Web UI Test Automation Tools in JS to confirm UI functionality
• Practical understanding of Web Service / API Test Automation to validate backend system reliability
• Experience using Version Control Systems to manage, review, and record changes to test scripts
• Deep understanding of Test Automation Framework Architecture for building scalable, sustainable automation solutions
• Experience applying BDD Frameworks in JS to implement behavior-driven test cases
• Working familiarity with AI tools and principles to improve testing approaches and outcomes
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
