Senior Automation Tester

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with expertise in various testing frameworks and tools. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, as well as analyzing test results and reporting defects. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Required skills include proficiency in Python and experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright. Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
