Senior Automation Tester

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, particularly with tools such as Selenium and Playwright, and a strong background in Python programming. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. - Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices to enhance collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for automation testing. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in automation testing tools, specifically Selenium and Playwright. - Excellent programming skills in Python. - Experience with BDD methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with SQL and Kafka is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
