Senior Avaloq Test Analyst - Contract
Summary
This Senior Avaloq Test Analyst role involves leading end-to-end testing activities for banking and wealth management systems. The candidate will utilize Avaloq expertise, ASL, and Avaloq Test Master to design test strategies, perform impact analysis, and ensure solution quality.
About the Client:
This role is with our reputed MNC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SIT,UAT, Regression, End-to-End, and Production Validation testing activities.
- Perform impact analysis across Avaloq modules and identify downstream system impacts.
- Validate Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, Securities, Corporate Actions, Payments, FX, Deposits, Lending, and Client Onboarding processes.
- Review BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and Avaloq specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams to ensure solution quality.
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
- Support release management, deployment validation, and production readiness activities.
- Design and implement automation frameworks using Avaloq Test Master.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+years of experience in Banking/Wealth Management testing, with strong Avaloq expertise.
- Deep understanding of the Avaloq Core Banking Platform, Avaloq Parameterization, ASL (Avaloq Script Language), DDIC Objects, and Code Tables.
- Experience in Avaloq Batch Processing, Interface Testing, and Data Migration Validation.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Private Banking business processes.
- Proven experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Hands-on experience with Avaloq Test Master and test automation frameworks.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis.
