Job Description

We are looking for experienced Senior AWS Cloud Engineers with 810 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud infrastructure, and cloud solutions for freelance, part-time project support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
• Configure and manage cloud networking, security, and access controls.
• Implement cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Manage databases and storage solutions on AWS.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance using Amazon CloudWatch.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on cloud solutions.
• Provide technical support for ongoing AWS cloud projects.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• AWS networking, security, and infrastructure management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture and microservices.
• Database knowledge – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
• Monitoring, logging, and cloud cost optimization.
• AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer certification preferred.
