Your role as Senior Azure AI & Agentic Solutions Consultant

Bridge Partners is seeking multiple Senior Azure AI & Agentic Solutions Consultants to support complex, high-impact AI solution delivery for enterprise technology clients. We’re seeking experienced, client-facing practitioners who can translate business needs into secure, scalable AI solutions and work alongside customer teams from concept through implementation.

These opportunities span four AI and agentic solution specializations. Candidates are not expected to meet every specialization listed below. Successful candidates will bring a strong common foundation in Azure AI engineering and deep experience in at least one of the four tracks.

How you’ll contribute

  • Design and implement Azure-based AI, agentic, RAG, document intelligence, or machine learning solutions aligned to enterprise business needs.
  • Translate complex business workflows into AI-enabled solutions, including workflow automation, enterprise integration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Build solutions that incorporate auditability, traceability, source attribution, testing, evaluation, and appropriate human oversight.
  • Partner directly with client teams to understand requirements, evaluate solution options, and guide implementation.
  • Support the delivery of AI solutions in regulated or high-accountability environments where reliability, governance, and responsible implementation are critical.
  • Develop and refine agentic workflows, RAG solutions, document intelligence capabilities, or machine learning solutions depending on the engagement.
  • Apply sound engineering practices to AI solution development, including testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technical concepts, solution decisions, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Specialization tracks:

  • Clinical Workflow AI

Design and support agent-based workflows for clinical research environments, including intake, routing, notifications, and escalations. Experience with anonymized PII, Entra ID, and integration with Agentic AI Hub is relevant to this specialization.

  • Protocol Document Intelligence

Develop RAG and document intelligence solutions that support protocol and research-document workflows, including schematic generation and automation involving IRB processes and protocol amendments.

  • Supply-Chain Agentic AI Lead

Lead agent and sub-agent orchestration for supply-chain workflows, including regulatory exception management, evidence-package creation, and scenarios involving hard filing deadlines. Claude Code experience is relevant to this specialization.

  • Manufacturing AI/ML Engineer

Develop Azure AI/ML and manufacturing-focused agent solutions, including work with AssetIQ, model evaluation, Responsible AI practices, and controlled autonomy.

Your skills and approach:

  • Senior experience designing and implementing AI solutions in Azure or comparable enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience with one or more of the following: agentic AI, RAG, document intelligence, machine learning, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and business workflows.
  • Understanding of testing, evaluation, traceability, source attribution, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI solutions.
  • Experience working in regulated, high-accountability, or otherwise complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations clearly.
  • Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience contributing across solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the specialization areas above; candidates are not expected to have experience across all four.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $100 to $115 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
