Senior Azure Developer (.NET / Python)

We are looking for a Senior Azure Developer to join a team responsible for developing and integrating business solutions based on Microsoft Azure.

This role is focused on hands-on development – designing, building, and maintaining integrations, backend services, and cloud-based solutions. We are looking for an engineer who can translate business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

This is not an architecture-focused role – the key focus is software development and Azure expertise.

📍 Kraków
🏢 Hybrid model – 6 days per month in the office

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions and integrations in Microsoft Azure

• Build and support API integrations and microservice-based solutions

• Develop and maintain Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus-based integrations

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications

• Monitor, diagnose, and improve production systems using Azure monitoring tools

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Create and maintain unit tests

• Collaborate with technical teams and participate in solution discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure development

• Strong practical experience with:

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure API Management (APIM)

  • Azure Application Insights

• Experience building API integrations and microservice-based solutions

• Experience working with CRM environments and business system integrations

• Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language:

  • C# / .NET

  • Python

  • Java

• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot technical challenges

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure certifications:

  • AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) or AZ-400 (Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)

• Experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms

  • Highspot

  • Pendo

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
