Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join a team focused on the development and modernization of enterprise applications hosted on-premises and in Microsoft Azure. The role centers on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-based solutions while enhancing existing platforms and introducing new services aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across Azure and on-premises infrastructure
• Monitor distributed applications and production environments, performing root cause analysis and incident management
• Contribute to architectural decision-making and design of scalable, resilient cloud solutions
• Promote and enforce secure coding practices and application security standards throughout the development lifecycle
• Support modernization efforts by integrating new Azure services and enhancing existing platforms
• Mentor team members and participate in continuous improvement of engineering practices and standards
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly to enhance productivity and code quality
• Engage with a team of 3-5 engineers and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in hybrid cloud environments
• Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues using observability and application performance tools
• Skills in implementing secure-by-design principles and ensuring compliance with application security standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Capability to rapidly prototype and validate new technologies to support continuous service improvement
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
