Engineer Azure hybrid infrastructure, migrating VMware servers to Azure and maintaining global L3 support for Windows, VMware, NetApp, HPE Synergy, and Azure environments.

Services Description:
· Activeparticipation in the
o buildout of our Azure-Cloud environment.
o buildupof our new Azure-Local (PoC) environment.
o on-callsupport rotation during office hours. (Low volume as 99% is handled by ourcentral ops-team)
o Operationsactivities of our global L3 support team. Covering maintenance of Windowsservers, VMware clusters, Netapp, HPE-Synergy and Azure.
o Migrationactivities of the on-premise VMware server farm towards Azure Cloud or Azurelocal in 2027.
· MaintainingAzure Dev Ops tasks.
· Createguidelines and team documentation.
RequiredSkills and Expertise:
· Realexperience supporting Azure and hybrid infrastructures in a large environment.
· Technicalskills to explain past incidents step by step, including mistakes, and createlessons learned or update processes.
· Stronghands-on skills in Azure VMs, networking, Entra ID, Monitor, Log Analytics,RBAC, Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
· Canwrite PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform, Ansible.
· TrainingAZ-104 as a baseline, but hands-on skills are very important.
· Experiencewith VMware virtualization on enterprise level.
· Operationalknowledge about HPE-Synergy hardware.
· Operationalknowledge about storage (Netapp preferred).
· Operationalknowledge about networking. (Routing/Subnets/Port config/LACP/ALC’s etc)
· Abilityto work solo, but part of a global virtual team.
· Handlingescalations with other teams and management.
· Clear technical English.
