Senior Back-end Engineer - Ruby on Rails
- Develop new features
- Conduct initial testing
- Assist in the app's redesign for improved user-friendliness and performance
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to create a top-tier product
- Engage in Rails backend
- Address production issues and enhance performance
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Experience developing APIs, asynchronous systems, and high throughput systems
- Experience building 3rd party integrations and scaling them
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Experience with AWS, RDBMS, and search data stores (e.g. Elasticsearch, Open Search)
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
