Senior Back-end/Integration Engineer - Jira, Trello
This is a short-term role (1-3 months contract)
- Develop robust backend integrations between asset management and Jira
- Optimize efficiency and accuracy by ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the two systems.
- Customize Jira integrations for specific business needs
- Resolve integration issues for a reliable user experience
- Collaborate with teams, offer technical support, and gather requirements for tailored solutions
- Assist internal stakeholders with Jira-related technical issues and provide guidance
- Perform comprehensive testing on backend integrations to detect and resolve potential issues
- Implement top-quality methods for ensuring system integrity in integrated setups
- Document backend integration procedures, setups, and troubleshooting guidelines
- Update documentation for integration changes
- Expertise in integrating Jira with backend systems
- Deep understanding of Jira features (bug tracking, agile project management)
- Strong scripting and programming skills
- Proficiency in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration tech
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
