Senior Back-End or Full-Stack engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled senior back-end engineer to join our growing team and help build fast, scalable, and user-centric web applications. If you’re passionate about clean code, modern frameworks, and delivering exceptional user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex back-end applications using Python, Django, Django Rest Framework and Celery
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance back-end systems
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, DRF and Celery,
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., unittest and Django testing framework)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven and communicative
• Fluent English

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Experience in building front-ends using React
• Familiarity with using AI to speed up development
