Rippling is hiring a Senior Engineer to build the AI Platform that powers Rippling AI. You’ll own end-to-end design of scalable, observable backend services and mentor others as we accelerate enterprise AI at Rippling.
You’ll collaborate with product, infra, and platform teams to ship reliable, autonomous capabilities and ship features that improve the user experience across HR, IT, and finance workflows. This role is based in the US with in-office expectations in the Bay Area.
