Senior Backend Architect: Live & Real-Time Gaming (AI)

Beast Industries in the Bay Area or NYC is seeking a Director of Engineering Backend (Live / Game) to own the live and game tech stack end-to-end, from architecture to reliability. You will lead a distributed team, drive performance, cost efficiency, and AI-assisted development practices.

You’ll partner with product and SRE to scale to 100M+ fans, define real-time systems, and shape the technical culture across multiple studios and titles.
