Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Java or Python and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django).
• Build and maintain secure financial transaction processing systems and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, participating actively in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulations within the FinTech sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development , with a strong emphasis on financial technology.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java , Python , or Go , and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL , MySQL) and experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices in web application development and experience with financial systems.
