Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring framework. Design and implement robust database solutions, working with relational and No SQL databases. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement features. Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Optimize application performance, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in Java and extensive experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security). Experience in designing and building RESTful web services.
