Senior Backend Developer (.NET / C#)
Summary
Build and maintain a modern HRMS platform using C#/.NET Core and MS SQL Server, migrating from legacy systems and developing RESTful APIs.
Join a listed recruitment company as part of the technology team responsible for developing and enhancing its HRMS platform. You will play a key role in the ongoing transition from a legacy HR system to a modern technology architecture, with ownership of assigned modules and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and redevelop assigned modules and features as the team transitions from a legacy HR system to a modern technology architecture.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core.
- Work extensively with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework ORM.
- Take ownership of assigned modules, including troubleshooting support issues and implementing feature enhancements.
- Liaise with internal and external users to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET and C# development, with strong experience in web technologies.
- Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Entity Framework and/or other ORM frameworks.
- Experience with Angular, Vue.js or React using TypeScript is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
