Role: Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

Candidates from West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand and North Bengal will be Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of client projects.
• Design scalable backend systems using asynchronous processing, Redis caching, queues, and real-time communication.
• Build and manage complex API and third-party integrations.
• Ensure production reliability, performance, security, and code quality.
• Lead client discussions, technical planning, estimations, and project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of backend/full-stack development experience, preferably in a Senior or Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Production experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, Pub/Sub, REST APIs, and scalable SaaS architecture.
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and production deployments.
• Strong technical leadership, client communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and voice AI platforms.
• Knowledge of React.js/Next.js, Kubernetes, Terraform, and MCP servers.
• Experience building production-grade AI-powered SaaS applications.
