Senior Backend Developer (PHP)
Summary
Senior PHP backend developer designs, builds, and maintains systems using MVC frameworks like Laravel, mentors junior team members, and drives project roadmaps and technology choices.

- Developing, maintenance and enhance the exist product
- Join the full flow of design, develop and test.
- Mentor and provide supports to team members, ability to explain technical concepts to junior member.
- Ensure on time, on budget, and the quality of the product.
Requirement
- At least 4 years experience as PHP dev
- Understand the specifications deeply and ability to "design", "development", and "manage progress and team".
- Work experience as a leader or sub-leader.
- Abundant development experience using MVC frameworks.
- Ability to create accurate roadmaps.
- Ability to decide the technology to be used in the project, research new technology and educate to team members
- Having at least 5 years’ experience in equivalent position.
- Good communication skill.
- Have a sense of responsibility
Salary ：Up to 1500USD gross
Working time：T2- T6: 8hh 00 or 8hh30
Address: Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam

- Review salary twice a year
- Vacation: Saturday, Sunday, National holidays, Annual leave
- As a company rule, employees will receive 13 months of pay every year
