Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications. Implement and manage database solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing within the team. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs, implementing effective solutions. Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go. Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB) and ORM frameworks. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Benefits
