Senior Backend Developer, Risk (Web 3)

Summary

Design and maintain a risk-control system for a digital-asset platform using Go, Java, or C/C++. Optimize high-concurrency, distributed systems with MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.

Responsible for the design and implementation of the risk control system for the Digital Asset Management platform; Maintenance, upgrade, transformation, and performance optimization of the existing system; is responsible for the overall architecture design and forward-looking thinking of the risk control asset system; Lead key projects and participate in tackling technical challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related science and engineering fields, with 5 years or more of relevant work experience; Proficient in at least one of the following languages for development: Go, C/C++, Java; if not familiar with Go, willing to develop in the direction of Go language; Familiar with network programming, Linux operating system, and has a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms; Proficiently master and understand commonly used databases and components such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka; Possesses good problem analysis and solving abilities, learning ability, and teamwork skills, and is conscientious and responsible; Familiar with distributed system design, with development experience in high-concurrency and high-availability systems; Have experience in the development and design of risk control systems or asset systems in the financial industry.

Nice-To-Have: Related engineering experience in the financial products or digital asset industry is preferred; Fluent in both English and Chinese; experience supporting global business is preferred
