Senior Backend Developer
You will design and implement strategic features for the core product and quantitative trading strategies for clients. You will build low-latency order-management infrastructure, execution algorithms, smart order routing, event handling, and business services. You will collaborate with product management, development leadership, and customers; engineer distributed systems; run cloud services; and apply industry best practices, security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Collaborate with product management, the development team, the head of development, and customers.
- Engineer distributed systems and run services in a cloud environment.
- Follow industry trends and incorporate best practices into the solution.
- Understand security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- High proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and process automation.
- Understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with cloud integration testing.
- Knowledge of messaging systems and distributed caching.
- Reactive programming skills.
- Experience with performance testing, clean coding, and test automation.
- Knowledge of Agile values, continuous improvement, and iterative development.
