Senior Backend Development Engineer

About Us

1. Serve as a Module Owner responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial business backend functional modules using Golang.
2. Independently design technical solutions for business requirements, participate in system architecture discussions, and tackle complex tasks under guidance.
3. Responsible for database (MySQL) table structure design, SQL authoring, and performance optimization to ensure system stability and data consistency.
4. Proficient in using middleware such as Redis and Kafka; responsible for formulating caching strategies and handling asynchronous messaging to enhance system performance and user experience.
5. Participate in system monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to assist in maintaining online service stability.
6. Write high-quality technical documentation, participate in Code Reviews, and collaborate with the team to drive engineering quality improvements.

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.
• Work Experience: 3 years or above of backend development experience.

• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals; proficient in data structures and algorithms; familiar with OS principles (processes/threads, memory management, etc.) and computer networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).
• Proficient in at least one programming language among Golang, C++, Java, or Rust, with strong coding fundamentals and good coding practices.
• Familiar with MySQL, master index optimization, transaction isolation levels, and slow query analysis; familiar with Redis cache design and solutions to common issues (cache penetration, avalanche, etc.).
• Familiar with use cases and underlying principles of message queues (Kafka/RocketMQ); understand RPC frameworks (gRPC/Thrift) and microservice governance.
• Familiar with Linux operating systems, capable of routine O&M and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using Git for version control; understand CI/CD processes.

• Experience in financial/wealth management business development.
• Experience in distributed system design, with an understanding of distributed transactions, consistency, and related solutions.
• Development experience in blockchain-related projects.
• Proficient in AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT for AI-assisted coding, refactoring, unit test generation, and debugging.
• Personal technical blog, open-source GitHub projects, or active contributions in technical communities.

• Solid professional knowledge; capable of completing duties independently and quickly overcoming complex tasks under guidance; proactive communication with clear expression.
• Strong learning capacity; able to quickly comprehend project requirements and master required skills under guidance.
• Strong sense of responsibility, highly focused on work outcomes, willing to dedicate effort to achieve team goals, and possesses good team spirit.
