We're hiring Backend Software Engineers (3-5 years of experience) to join the Singapore team of a leading international trend-driven e-commerce & lifestyle platform as they continue expanding their engineering presence in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale backend systems serving millions of users, collaborate with global engineering teams, and build high-performance distributed services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
- Build high-performance, reliable, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and stability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical improvements.
We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of backend software engineering experience in Golang.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and distributed systems.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is required to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional engineering teams in daily work.
