We are looking for an aspiring professional to join our RnD team.
Responsibilities
- Make contributions to critical components in the development of a distributed reasoning system.
- Take ownership over specific Engineering artifacts such as services or libraries.
- Help create a system that truly understands programming languages.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in distributed systems, AI, AAA game development, or scalable web technology.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Rust (required), as well as C++/C, Python, a bit of TypeScript
- Experience in building backends.
- Experience with concurrency and threading.
Educational Background
Degrees in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Soft Skills
- Proactive mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI.
- Fluent in conversational and written business English (C1+).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Test Assignment
This mandatory assignment takes up to 4 hours to complete, within 7 days from the start, and is unpaid. -
Technical Interview with our Tech Lead (1 hour)
To discuss the test assignment, and check Hard Skills proficiency. -
Final interview with our Chief System Architect (1.5 hours)
To check values/agenda alignment.
