Summary

As a senior backend engineer, you will design, develop, and operate Cash Out services for EarnIn community members. The work spans debit card networks, ACH, FedNow, RTP, REST, gRPC, Kafka, and SNS/SQS. You will partner with product, design, data science, and analytics while owning delivery through production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Cash Out features
- Build reliable transaction flows with reconciliation and auditability
- Use Cursor and Claude across engineering workflows
- Develop APIs and event-driven backend integrations
- Support incidents, observability, and on-call operations
Requirements:
- Four or more years building backend services
- Computer science degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on Cursor and Claude engineering experience
- Experience delivering backend and full-stack work using AI
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and databases
