Otter Grow is hiring a backend generalist to design and scale services powering our direct ordering, storefront configurations, and merchant tools. You’ll build scalable backend services in Java, design APIs, and work with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate merchant needs into reliable backend logic.
Located in Los Angeles, this role is onsite, full-time, with equity and a bonus component. Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and cloud platforms are essential.
