Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services
- Design APIs supporting financial experiences
- Move and Process large volumes of financial data
- Build integrations with Finance Lenders
- Develop real-time financial insights systems
- Improve system performance and reliability
Qualifications
- Strong Back-End Web Development experience, including building scalable APIs and microservices.
- Advanced Software Development skills with a focus on clean architecture, testing, and maintainability.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common design patterns.
- Solid Programming skills in one or more modern languages commonly used for backend systems (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Go, or similar).
- Understanding of Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with frontend teams.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or high-availability transactional systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools.
- Commitment to secure coding practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
