What you will be doing:
- Design and develop backend services to ensure scalability and high performance
- Designing and optimising database
- Ownership over end-to-end delivery for technical projects
What we are looking for:
- Strong proficiency and knowledge in Java (Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID Principals, Multithreading, etc) and Spring Boot
- Demonstrable ability to design and build scalable backend systems
Good to Have
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture
- Prior banking and/or fintech experiences
- Previous ownership over system development
