Senior Backend Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will help integrate Voice AI solutions and ML pipelines with the core backend, collaborating with ML/AI engineers to scale production systems. You’ll work in a fast-growing, carrier-scale telecom AI context, building robust services and solving latency-sensitive challenges. The role offers high ownership in a small, autonomous team and exposure to cutting-edge speech and conversational AI topics. This opportunity combines impactful product work with modern tools and a focus on real-world deployment.

• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to integrate Voice AI solutions into the backend core
• Build and operate scalable production systems
• Own undefined problems and drive them to completion within a small team
