- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (preferred) or solid experience with Java, Python, Go, or similar backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API design best practices.
- Experience designing and building scalable, distributed backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL databases and database optimization.
- Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
- Familiarity with contract-driven development and modern software development practices.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
