Senior Backend Engineer - Java & CCaaS Integrations

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on backend development for our Customer Support and Contact Centre platforms. You will design, build and operate services that power CCaaS integrations with Zendesk, Twilio and other tools, delivering robust APIs and reliable data flows.

You’ll work with Product, Architecture and Security to balance value, reliability and performance across the stack.
