Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Job Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications.

  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define and implement new features and functionalities.

  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.

  • Proficiency in Java core technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate).

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
