Workhuman is seeking a Software Engineer III (Backend) to join our ECommerce platform team in a hybrid role at our Ireland offices three days per week. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services, collaborating with QA, Product Owners, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of professional software experience, strong Java and Spring skills, plus experience with AWS, Kafka, and relational/NoSQL databases.
