As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain backend solutions that support scalable financial platforms and data-intensive applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to continuous product improvements.

• Design and develop scalable backend services for investment and analytics platforms.
• Build solutions to ingest, process, transform, and analyze financial and loan-related data.
• Translate product requirements into reliable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve code quality.
• Take ownership of backend solutions from design through implementation and optimization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer with strong programming skills and a passion for building scalable, data-driven applications. You should have experience working with modern backend technologies, cloud environments, and distributed systems, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• 3–4+ years of experience in software development or backend engineering.
• Strong experience with Golang, Java, or similar backend programming languages.
• Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience working with MongoDB or other non-relational database technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical details.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive solutions forward.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or data-intensive applications is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Golang, MongoDB, Apache Parquet, or similar technologies is highly valued.
• Familiarity with processing large-scale financial datasets is a plus.
