Senior Backend Engineer - Microservices, Azure, 4-Day Week

TeamSystem S.p.A. in Italy seeks an experienced backend engineer to own critical systems built with Java Spring Boot or C# .NET.

You will design microservices, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, QA and design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Requirements include 6+ years in backend development, Docker and Kubernetes, Git/CI/CD, Azure, and experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.

Own critical backend systems and services with high quality and reliability. Design and implement microservices architectures and REST APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews. 6+ years of backend development with proven delivery of software systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with Java Spring Boot or C# .NET Core/.NET 6+ and microservices.
