Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure backend services and APIs supporting digital applications
- Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring maintainability, performance, and operational stability
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Operate and monitor backend systems to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Continuously improve coding standards, best practices, and developer experience

Candidate Profile
We are looking for experienced engineers who combine deep technical expertise with strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in C# / .NET
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud architectures
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with Docker / containerization technologies
- Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Datadog) is highly desirable
- Experience working within Agile environments
