We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, backend system design, and Data Structures & Algorithms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building scalable systems, and solving complex engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
Build and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices
Work on system design for large-scale distributed applications
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams
Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
Debug production issues and optimize system performance
Required Skills
3+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred)
Solid understanding of backend system design & architecture
Strong Experience in PHP
Strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with caching (Redis) and message queues is a plus
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a bonus
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Experience in high-scale or product-based companies.
