What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and microservices for product-driven applications.

Own end-to-end delivery, from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and production support.

Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, system design, performance optimization, and automation.

Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity across the SDLC, including coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
What You’ll Bring
-
6–10 years of backend engineering experience, preferably in product-based organizations.

Strong proficiency in .NET, Node.js, or similar object-oriented languages.

Experience with scalable systems, microservices, SQL databases, and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, algorithms, testing, and design principles.

Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to Have

AWS/Azure, MongoDB, and event-driven architecture experience.

Experience building AI-powered product features or automated engineering workflows.

Mentoring experience and familiarity with Agile practices.
