Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers, to define and implement new features.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of database systems, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
