Join Tailored AI as an SDE2 to build agentic workflows for an enterprise project. Own a module from design to delivery, write production code, and work directly with clients alongside the seniors leading the project.

Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on Python experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimisation.
Experience using Redis or a similar caching system.
Understanding of API design, queues, scalability, and failure handling.
Hands-on experience with agent loops, including tool calling, state management, retries, and stopping conditions.
Understanding of single-agent and multi-agent architecture, orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Experience with prompting, RAG, structured outputs, and LLM evaluations.
Ability to explain technical work clearly to clients and teammates.
Ability to complete a module with little supervision and make decisions based on user needs.
Experience with LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agents SDK is a plus.
Experience with cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD is a plus.
Responsibilities
Own a module end to end, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
Write production code for agent workflows and backend systems as a core individual contributor.
Work closely with the SDE3 on requirements, technical design, and priorities.
Join client demos and architecture discussions, explain decisions, and clarify requirements.
Share progress, risks, and blockers proactively.
Deliver your module on time and take responsibility for resolving issues.
Understand user needs and use them to guide implementation decisions.
