Senior Backend Engineer - Real-Time Platform & AI

Trashlab is building the operating system for waste haulers, unifying dispatch, billing, calls, and routes into one platform. You will design, build, and maintain backend services for real-time tracking, routing, and invoicing.

You will own reliability and observability, shape long-term architecture, and collaborate with the founding team to scale the platform on cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Experience with AI multi-agent systems is valued.
