Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern backend languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python , Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Solid experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies is a plus.
