Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js , Python, Go). Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers in a remote setting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js , Python, or Go, and experience with relevant frameworks. Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and No SQL), caching strategies, and distributed systems.
