Applicants should have 4+ years in backend Python, experience with Django/FastAPI/Flask, RESTful APIs, and Docker/Kubernetes. This is a total remote role with a competitive salary and training budget.
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs. Shape architecture and contribute to technical decisions. Collaborate with product, tech leads, and engineers to translate requirements. Implement unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability. Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Mentor junior developers and support team growth. 4+ years in backend software development with Python. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Total Remote Training budget Salary range 40k–45k EUR
