Position Overview
The Senior Backend Engineer leads the design and implementation of complex backend systems. This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems.
- Set coding standards and lead code reviews.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
