Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can build scalable systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend systems using Python.
• Build APIs and data pipelines.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Ensure performance and scalability.
• Participate in system design discussions.

Requirements:

• 2-5 Years of experience.
• Strong Python experience.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Exposure to Golang/TypeScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Good to Have:

• RAG experience.
• Document processing lifecycle knowledge.
• Startup experience.
