You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain core systems spanning payments processing, core banking, and merchant lifecycle management. You drive scalable, secure software and own features end-to-end, contributing to a fast-paced, innovative fintech culture. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and well-tested backend code
- Own features through the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, security, and operations to inform architecture
- Build tools and integrate systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability
- Improve CI/CD processes for a smooth deployment pipeline
- Participate in code reviews and elevate team quality
- Mentor other developers and foster an innovative, collaborative environment
- Stay updated on fintech trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex system issues to ensure uninterrupted service
- Promote best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and security
- Provide SME guidance to other teams
- 5+ years of professional software development
- Expertise in Java (17+), Spring Boot
- Experience with system design, microservices, API development
- Experience building high-throughput, low-latency, reliable systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging across multiple services
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Ability to work well in teams and individually in a fast-paced environment
