Requirements:- Degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong skills in Go, C/C++, Rust, or Java
- 3+ years of experience building or running large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks
- Solid understanding of cloud, container orchestration, and distributed data systems
- Proven technical design and project delivery experience
- Eligible to work full-time in the UK
- Scale and improve distributed systems for advanced link modelling, making them faster and more reliable across varied environments
- Shift computational pipelines from CPU to GPU architecture to increase speed and efficiency
- Refine algorithms using signal processing and linear algebra to improve capability and commercial value
- Guide technical design and architecture, delivering projects end to end
- Maintain code quality, diagnose performance issues, and strengthen testing practices
