- Develop server-side logic and APIs for web/mobile applications; provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Work with front-end developers and user experience designers to design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop it yourself, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed.
- Work with product managers to align development methodologies based on waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet internal requirements and industry standards.
- 5+ years of IT experience, focusing on back-end development.
- Proficient in Node.js with hands‑on development experience. (Familiar with Golang and interested are preferred)
- Event/message‑driven architecture: Experience with domain‑driven design and event/message‑driven architecture (e.g. MQ, Kafka).
- Microservices and Caching: Expertise in microservices and caching technologies.
- Database management: Proficient in relational databases and file databases, especially large‑capacity data processing.
- Familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies, and able to adapt to different project management styles.
- Excellent teamwork skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English (written and oral).
- Understanding AIoT, Digital Twin, FM systems in the construction industry is a plus.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Backend Engineer.
